Access to / leasing SugarCRM system

“Kub 3” offers special services to small companies, who find it inefficient to purchase and maintain own server, and to companies, who need to locate their database in a secure data-center: providing access to SugarCRM (SaaS, or software as a service) or CRM leasing (CRM-on-demand). The system is located in a secure data-center (Russia/Germany).

The service is provided according to SLA, service layer agreement, agreed service quality, on monthly fee base. Cost of the service depends on number of users, hours of online support per day, number of offices.

The service includes:

• System performance guarantee,
• Possibility to change settings from outside of the system (LAMP),
• System set-up for work with notifications,
• System configuration set-up:

1. reserve database copy
2. additional services are possible upon agreement

Monthly fee:

• Up to 10 users - from 5000 rubles
• More than10 users – from 500 rubles / user / month

This cost does not include telecommunication expenses for users support beyond St. Petersburg.
