Support of Asterisk solution

“Kub 3” offers services on technical support of Asterisk-based solutions.

Prior to the service, our specialists study the changes in configuring files, system improvements.

Technical support includes:

  • Server maintenance,
  • Creating additional rules and politics when necessary,
  • Checking system directories for access control and safety,
  • Updating the system for higher safety and reliability (individually),
  • Creating a reserve copy.

The service is provided according to SLA, service layer agreement, agreed service quality, on monthly fee base. Cost of the service depends on number of users, number and types of incoming lines:

  • Up to 20 users and 2 telephone lines – from 3000 rubles
  • In other cases – price upon request
